Organization(BWEO) is a not-for-profit community based charitable Organization are provides Empower, Advocate, Educate, Support and lead women and their family for better life and integrate services and programs that facilitate the Healthy integration of for any of visible minorities in Vancouver and surrounding areas {All BC}.

Our Mission is to improve the quality of life of members of the newcomer community in Vancouver by providing them with support, information and services necessary for healthy integration into Canadian society.

  • Network with other service providers with similar goals and objectives
